Yoruba Council Lauds Nze Fidelis Oziochukwu Chukwu As The New President General of The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide

The Yoruba Council Worldwide, the apex umbrella body for all Yoruba indigenous people globally, has congratulated Nze Fidelis Oziochukwu Chukwu on his election as the new President General of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide.

In a statement by the Publicity Secretary, Bashorun Isaac Aderemi Ajibola on behalf of the President of the Yoruba Council Worldwide and Chairman of the North and South Ethnic Nationalities Council, Aare Oladotun Hassan, and made available to journalists in Abuja, he said they believe that Nze Fidelis Oziochukwu Chukwu’s election is a testament to his unprecedented accomplishments and positive contributions to the entire Southeast region, and Nigeria at large, while his superlative wealth of experience is pivotal to amicably lead the Ohanaeze Ndigbo to the expected promise land, as we collectively build bridges of progress, unity and development of Nigeria.

the President General of the highly revered apex umbrella body for all indigenous Ndigbo people Worldwide; Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, adding that they are confident that he would bring his wealth of experience and expertise to bear on the activities of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, particularly in the task of speaking truth to power, being the voice for the voiceless, and serving as a beacon of hope for all Nigerians.
