Those criticising a ‘specimen’ of the new Osun State logo have been told to hold their horses and wait for the final product.
Governor of the state, Ademola Adeleke say the recent unveiling of Osun State’s logo is just a preliminary version. He described it as a symbol of rebirth, emphasizing its educational and promotional significance.
Flayed by criticism, the government clarified that a more refined 3D version will be presented during a stakeholders’ meeting on April 30, 2024.
Furthermore, Governor Adeleke had requested approval for the change of the state’s logo from the Osun assembly back in March.
Subsequently, the house of assembly granted his request, replacing the logo initiated by the previous administration in 2011 with a new design.
It is now expected that the three-dimensional version of the new logo will be prese during ‘Ipade Imole,’ a stakeholders’ meeting, on April 30, 2024.
